I bought this new in December, only to realize that I already had one. Doh.
It's NIB, never mounted, with everything.

It absolutely will work for an M1. Here's a photo of exactly this Leupold scope on an Ultimak:

It really dresses up the fine old M1.
Use either Leupold QRW or Warne QD rings for convenience.
While I don't have an Ultimak mount, I do have one from www.amegaranges.com, and love it :

The Amegaranges mount is $15 less, and I think better made (from having handled the Ultimak).
