Title: Does Wyoming have a gas tax?
Post by: Cyclonesteve on February 09, 2012, 01:49:15 PM
I've been doing a little research into the Wyoming Transportation Department and their funding & I can't really find anything talking about a gas tax. Most states have a gas tax and I wondered if Wyoming was the exception or if they are just really good at hiding how much they collect?  :D

I checked out those links & it looks like Wyoming charges 14/gal on both gasoline & diesel fuel.

Thanks Pedro!

Yes, but unlike some states, Wyoming does not also charge general sales tax.
