I manage a small commercial property which is for sale. Need someone with a truck to haul junk, repair some subfloors, do some cleaning.

Need to meet with you at the building and get a bid on the complete job. I'll buy the coffee. :)

Last call - 48 hours! I need to get this job done. If nobody here wants the work, I'll have to offer it to non FSW folks.
