Ok it may sound more urgent than it is. I may be moving out to Wyoming within a couple weeks due to no other place to turn. Situation here in NJ is getting rather hairy with family members and what not. My mother has already thrown my father out of the house, and is now looking at me to throw out (My mother is a bit mentally unstable). Its been time I moved out, I just couldnt up till now because NJ Housing is too expensive, and would have to work a second job to afford housing which would mean giving up college.
Luckilly, I have been saving up money for an M1A rifle, and can easily use that to move out of state (Have about a thousand, waiting on another check this thursday).
If my mother is serious and will goto court to evict me, I wont challenge it and just leave, give my job two weeks notice, finish my time. Sell all my non-essentials (Gaming systems, paintball gun), which I can probably get another 800$ from.
Thing is, where Can I find housing, and what town should I move to where I can find work? Also how can I continue my education? I have been going to a county college, and would like to continue my eduation, even if its a correspondence/distance learning college classes (long as they are nationally accredited), for Political Science and History.
Recognize, that if this situation escalates, I will have to move out pronto, and will most likely (%99.99) use this crisis as an opportunity to move up my moving schedual. So any ideas/assistance that can be given, is appreciated.

What kind of work do you do? If you can do anything in the construction trades, you can find a good job instantly here.
There are many jobs all over the northeast part of Wyoming, all kinds. You are welcome to park/camp at my place until you can find a job and a place to live. I live in Weston county, in Newcastle. Look at the jobs section of the forum for the links to the local newspapers and other resources.

Jack, I am sorry to here of your difficulties but sometimes life throws us a curve as a way to present other opportunities. As you see above there are several folks in Wyoming ready to help. There is lots of work available in many parts of the state in many fields. There are several colleges and a university as linked below. I believe they all offer scholarships and campus jobs for those of us who need to work our way through.

Jack, there are LOTS of construction jobs here in Laramie and the University of Wyoming is here too. We're at 7,200 feet above sea level so the altitude may be difficult for a week or two but I'm sure you'll love all the space and the mountains here. No state income taxes and open carry is OK. Bubba, I had the misfortune of working in West Depford a few years ago and all I can say is HAUL A$$!!! b

More jobs than you could believe in Gillette. I've noticed a few places for rent in Crook county for ~$300-400. Jobs are easy, housing is tougher. If you can find a trailer or something, you can crash on my property by Keyhole. Now is an excellent time to get established here........

So...how is it turning out?
Are you moving or are y'all able to work it out? Either way, it sounds like you know where you want to be. If not now, maybe you can take some time to get your ducks in a row for the move out west.

Well I got two job leads, that look good so far.
Have to send in One Resume to one company,
And I have an over-the-phone interview tomarro with another.

I cant believe how many doors are opening up for me...looks like the Good Lord is definately shining a path of Liberty for me out of my bondage from this cold, dark fasci-socialist state!

Hey Jack,
The details of my situation are different than yours, however the time for me to make my move is now or several years down the road. I plan on driving up to the Equality State the week of July 9th. Maybe we could hook up, pull our resources, and job search together. Hell if things go right, maybe split the bills on a rent house or something for six months?
