Title: WTS - 10 acres for sale near PineHaven (Crook County)

Hi all,

I have ten acres in a very good area. It is about 2 miles from Keyhole reservoir. It is surveyed, has some fencing, has a perk test done and septic holes and lines are dug. I have brought in power and have 2-200 amp service to the middle of the property. Neighbor has a well that you can probably arrange water from. I have planted a couple of trees, but mostly scrub. I have cleared some of the land of scrub.

I am selling it for $56k. My neighbor (adjoining 10 acres), who does not have as nice a piece of property, is selling his for $78,900. This is listed and will probably sell quick. I am already having a lot of interest from Gillette. If you are interested please IM me. Please ONLY serious inquires!
