Good morning!
Many of you have offered your kind support and assistance should we need anything. So I've swallowed my pride and will now ask. Things have been financially tight since we arrived, and we are in need of some furniture. I've been able to buy a bed for my room, which my boys sleep on (I usually crash on the floor so I don't get elbowed or kicked; you parents will understand), but little else.
If anyone has the following stashed away in their garage or whatnot, I'd appreciate if we could work something out! Please keep in mind I do not have a truck or access to a truck, so I would need help in getting the furniture to our place in Casper.
Here's what we need:
2 Twin beds (this is a biggie)
Dressers of any size
Kitchen table/ chairs
Any kind of living room furniture
Holes and stains don't bother me (that's what furniture covers are for!); just as long as nothing is infested with fleas or the bubonic plauge, I'm happy as a clam.
I'm in line for promotion in eight weeks, so things will be getting much better in September, but I'd really like it if the boys had their own beds in time for school starting; I don't want them telling everyone how they sleep in mama's bed.
