Title: Searching for land with home & well

Hi,
We spent a week traveling up and down I80 and I25.
We kinda like the Lusk area - we're looking for about 40 acres with a well.
We also liked Laramie.
Do you have any suggestions?

My advice would be to contact a local real estate agent who knows that kind of property in the area. I believe that searching only on the Internet is non-productive, especially in the WY area.

You can search the MLS at http://www.realtor.com

burning is illigal in Albany county.  Just a heads up to the type of gvmnt there.  Oh and smoking in public places is banned there too.

Do a web search for "wyodex" and look under realty and you will see some listings too.
