Title: Lurker?

My husband and I have posted about 10 messages, most which are stuck in our outbox. I told Boston about it weeks ago.
We have been up and down the state looking for property to buy to settle. Therefore, we've been too busy to try to repair or correct the problem with the posts.
Anyway, we are not LURKERS!
We are serious Wyoming land seekers and it won't be long before we find our new home.
What can be done about this "lurker" tag??

Yes, Annette, "Lurker" is assigned by the forum software impersonally
based on one's number of posts.

Joseph, can you please look into why their posts are not being counted?

The "outbox" sounds like perhaps you are writing "PM's" (private messages) instead of NEW TOPICS or REPLIES...  ???

Correct. The "Lurker" tag is simply based on post counts. PMs do not count as posts.

If they are in the outbox still it is because they stay there till the person they were sent to logs in.

Look at it this way:  if you were on Zombie Squad, you'd be BAIT.

If you were on Tactical Underground, you can pick your tagline.  Mine's "Ruthless Torturer".  Other good ones include "Negative Creep",  "Elitist Prick", "Infidel American", and "The Undead Chef". 

Therefore, be thankful for something simple  ;D

I'm still a "lurker" too, but I don't worry too much about it. It is after all just a way of showing that you're still fairly new to the forum, and I figure that helps some of the long-timers in here to recognize that they may have something to share with me that they might otherwise just assume that I already knew.
