This was a very fair interview, and nicely written.

Very good article. Not once does he poke fun or criticize... very unusual for media.
I'd like to see more articles like this. Perhaps folks can republish the article on their blogs.

An excelent well written and fair article. To bad the "powers to be" which are destined to not be (democraticly), can't understand it :o.

Durango is a rather liberal town as of late, and still the article was quite
well received locally. Few had anything negative to even murmur about it.
The author Ken Wright is largely "pre-libertarian", from the left wing.
I gave him an FSW coin during the interview.
Maybe it helped? A little silver here and there sure never hurts...

Dear Boston,
That's a really great article. And I had no idea you had gone to such great lengths. Speaking before the Rotary Club of New York! Was that in ... New York City?! (Get a rope. ;-)
It is such a great article that I think you should include it with any media kit or press materials you have on hand for members of the press who want to know "what's it all about." As others posting here have noted, the article is well written, doesn't poke fun, accepts the seriousness of the cause, and even comes up with some catchy phrases. Sway the vote, indeed!

Jim

Yes, the Rotary Club talk was to the NYC group, right in
midtown.? But for one nearly rabid South American fellow,
the Rotarians were quite polite and even interested--not
that I expected any converts from that luncheon.
I should post the text of the talk here.? It was surprisingly
well-received, even though I felt quite rushed w/i the
30 minute time frame and distracted by all the clinking
silverware.?
(NOTE:? I reproduced the talk here. (http://www.fundamentalsoffreedom.com/fswforum/index.php?topic=443.0))
Being in NYC (it seems to happen to me every 5 years or so)
was an uncomfortable, surreal experience.? And I had to go
through NJ to do so--ugh!? We really are MUCH more free out West!

"Durangotang" -- heh heh.
Lately I've taken to calling myself a "Cheyennigan." ;D
-
Does that mean once I move I can call myself the Sundance Kid? 8)

And I want one of those Hulett Packards. ;D
