Title: Sheridan says ‘yes’ to fluoridation
Post by: MamaLiberty on December 24, 2010, 10:06:36 AM
Might want to add this to your consideration of where to settle. In spite of a landslide of hard scientific fact about how toxic this is, and how it actually damages teeth, those in government have decided that they know so much better what is good for you.

Sheridan says ‘yes’ to fluoridation

SHERIDAN — The city of Sheridan will resume fluoridating its water after a hiatus of more than half a century.
The Sheridan Press reports the City Council voted 4-2 Monday to go ahead with fluoridation. The vote means fluoride will be added to the water as necessary to bring the level up to 1 part per million.

It's almost reads like a baseball score:

"Poison overtook water today, 4 to 2".

The fools.
Flouridation doesn't help teeth, and is provably harmful.
Even Western Europe knows this.

98% of mainland Europe has no fluoride added to their municipal water.

It's actually the naturally occurring calcium fluoride that was shown to harden enamel, not the sodium monofluorophosphate or hyronafluoric (sp?) acid that are industrial byproducts of aluminum and fertilizer production.

So who paid off the 4 council members to vote yes?
Fluoridation is always about money.

And where do they get the authority in the first place?  It sounds a lot like practicing medicine without a license, which is a crime in their world.

And if they do have authority to put drugs in people's drinking water, what is to stop them from adding hexavalent chromium, lead acetate, or arsenic salts?  Where does their authority end?

They get the power because no one is challenging their power.  There are 2 ways to challenge their power; one is through the court, which is almost a guaranteed loser; the other  is by force. Take your pick.

Sheridan says ‘yes’ to fluoridation

Oh no, say it ain't so.  ???
Just another reason why we are looking for a 'free' place to live.   Stop contaminating our water sources!  This is a huge deal for us in MN with over 10k lakes (more like 20k)....but that's another story for another time.
At least we have well water now, but I grew up with city water filled with who knows what.  Not to mention all the dentists that push fluoride treatments, even on adults.

Don't know if anyone in Sheridan cares, but Wyoming does allow veto referendums.  Three people can start the petition, don't remember if succeeding will suspend anything though.  Looked it up the other day.

Not that I was too interested in Sheridan as an area to move to, but out of curiosity, have there been any updates on this?  Did Sheridan go ahead with the contamination or no?

Don't know... never thought of it again. I know someone who lives nearby... will ask them.
