Hi. My name is Sean, and I?m a freedomaholic.
I?ve never had in interest in New Hampshire, or anywhere but Wyoming or Montana.
I?m a recovering Iowa GOP member who currently writes ?Free Tibet!? on the junk mail the RNC sends me and mails it back to them. After all, I have sent multiple letters asking them to stop sending me requests for money. (My contributions go to VOM, GOA or JPFO, not the Tom Delay defense fund.) The last politician I would have ever come close to trusting turned 95 the other day (posthumously.) I will stay registered GOP, though, until I can make a difference in that way. The Iowa LP newsletter might as well be made of rolling papers, for as useful as it has been to me so far.
I?ve never had in interest in New Hampshire, or anywhere but Wyoming or Montana.
I joined the Yahoo board quite some time back, but never participated there, as that particular board format made me nuts. I have had my heart with you folks for quite a while now. I have given away several copies of Molon Labe, and have sold several more on Ebay.
I am 35 years old, currently a desk jockey who is awaiting a development that will morph into a portable career for our eventual move to the Casper area in a couple of years, where we just started making payments on 40 acres (almost) this last fall. My current job revolves around restricting the liberties of people who have proven themselves irresponsible in the past (drunk drivers)- unfortunately, government has taken a feasible system and bureaucratized it into virtual uselessness. My wife Korey, (who is more excited about our move than I am!) has 2 years of her education left, and once that is completed, we are outta here. I hope to bring some family and friends with me when the time arrives. She will be (the 1 allowable) Libertarian High School Art Teacher for the United States. I will not have anything to do with government brainstorms when we get there if I can help it.
We visited Glacier National Park in Montana about 2 years ago- we stayed 10 days, and both cried when we left.
We like granola, but neither of us hugs trees. No kids yet; 1 beagle (10), 1 black cat (14.)
We have been together since 1991, married since 1997 (?I think- I?m a guy, cut me some slack.)
We?re both fat, but both losing weight. I have no interest in ?getting into shape,? I just don?t want to look or feel like an office zombie/slug anymore.
She makes jewelry to sell; I make useless replica movie props (or used to, when I had free time.)
Soon I will be doing my own FAL build (undecided on all of the parts just yet,) and all I will say about that is that it will not require any new skill sets. I?ve been educating myself, too, while the wife has been in school. Korey wants me to build her an RRA CAR clone. I?m a .40 Glock, she?s a .357 Colt. All in good time.
I?m looking for cigar recommendations, preferably ones with Maduro wrappers, as I am new to actually spoiling myself in that category. About the best I have gone so far are Excalibur #3s (yum!) or 1990 Rocky Patels (unimpressed.) The alleged ?93? rated Sancho Panza I had the other day wasn?t even as good as my cheap Honey Backwoods smokes, so any assistance is appreciated. I?m looking forward to having some mad money to blow on some Liberty Camachos and some Drew White Rabbits. Need something to go with the Guinness.
Personal Preferences: Savage over Rush, Glenn Beck over Hannity, doing my own research over FoxNews, Lightsaber over Blaster, NuGalactica over TOS, Firefly over both, lasagne over pizza, and an H1 over an H2 or H3.
I?ve never owned a pickup but look forward to having a small one someday, when I can write it off.
Too much info? I hope not, seeing as how we will be closer neigbors, someday.
I can?t wait for the Jam in May. I put in for that week off this Tuesday.
I am very glad to be here.
BTP, we will be mailing our $ along with our SoI?s here in the next 48 hours.
Any questions?
Sean
