Sheridan/Buffalo areas?
« on: January 17, 2007, 03:52:55 PM »
I was perusing the Forum the other day, when I noticed that several people had posted comments on the Sheridan/Buffalo area. I've never been north of Casper and don't know anything about it. I would appreciate it if ya'll could get me up to speed on the northern sections of the State. How is it in comparison with other regions of Wyoming?
Thanx for eveybody's opinions!

Shalom, Dr. Alan

Hello again Dr. Alan. The Sheridan/Buffalo area is a very appealing option for many folks moving in from out of state. I say this because it is a very beautiful area with a great deal to offer. Forests and mountains are very accessible, serenity is offered by Buffalo and Sheridan offers the amenities. Sheridan also has a good sized community college and Billings is not very far away. My wife has wanted to live up there for years and I'm not really sure why we haven't moved yet other than the Grand Parents. To be totally honest I've always viewed Buffalo/Sheridan as one in the same, it really all hinges on how much cash you want to spend ;D . Paul
