I'm not a big fan of WLI (I was invited to join), it has a Marxist element that has a definite New Totalitarians flavor (http://www.newtotalitarians.com - see essays on sensitivity training).
I'll try to do up a video with my own take on this and post on DogsOfWorr.com. Anyone else that'd like to do a video, I'd be glad to host it.
