Among all 50 states, Wyoming, South Dakota, and Nevada offer the best tax systems for growing businesses, according to the Tax Foundation..........

It is interesting to note that South Dakota is #2 and Montana is #6 (NH is #7). And, of course, Crook County borders both SD and Montana.
