PM received, thanks Ellorion!
Details in my reply.

___________
I just learned that we've got about 64 new (2009 revised) YPs which are
slightly dirty (a box fell apart/was poorly repacked by freight company).  They
are nearly new condition, but for smudges on the page edges and light grit.
Most readers wouldn't notice or care, but I cannot sell as new.
Retail is $16, but these are $5@.

I'll sell them by the Priority Mail box, holding 32 copies, + $12 S&H.
So, $172 delivered.  They can easily be sold for $10-12@.
The smudges will probably come out with a pencil eraser.

Two customers, please, to spread them out.

_____________
Thanks everyone for helping me whittle down non-retail stock.
It's a nice deal for us all.
I'll post again in a few months once I've some more.

if any of these are available I'd like 2 mixed priority mail boxes with all 3 boxes in it

glad to send cash, ammo, silver or any combo

will give them out amongst our 4 military families looking for property in WY and also the Grid Down Medical Course we're hosting in week & a half here in CO

if there is anything we can donate or contribute to help out with this site or the upcoming campout in June (which some of us wil make - our son will be at Philmont Nat'l Scout Ranch)

anyway, pls advise what we can do to make a pos contribution

God Bless all reading this

Beth

Hi Beth,

All out of such books for the moment, sorry.
But thanks for knowing how to best pay for them!   ;D

You all seem like our kind of folks; hope to meet you soon.
Best of luck to your boy at Philmont.

Beth, no way ! I was just down there a month or so ago. Had to get out of the city and clear my head and had never been down that way. Fell in love with the little town of Elbert.
I did not get your PM. Not sure where it went? I'll send you another.

my husband wondered if you accept proposals for book ideas ,,, he has begun to wonder why there is such a dearth of humor about preparedness/2nd-A/economic depression/etc

he is a published writer & as a disabled Vet he tells me (often when he is about to have some horrific medical procedure)  'if i had not learned to laugh when things were really bad i would have died!"

not sure he cares as much about money (though i do!) as much as he would like to help folks find a silver lining to an otherwise bleak outlook

again, thanks for all you do & have done

best

Beth

ps - not sure if you were a Javelin thrower (thus Javelin press) but the hubby was

Beth, that sounds like a good idea for a book.
Perhaps he should write it?
If I thought it a potentially good seller, I might publish it.
Or, he could try on-demand publishing.

I never threw the javelin, but:
God gave me the name for my publishing house back in 1991, in a dream.

he's excited at the idea and will begin working it up

and, yes, he tells me he did use to 'catch' javelins

Howdy all,

Fall warehouse cleaning has uncovered the below books, which I'll
offer for sale here first, just like last December.  90% of them are
in decent to very good condition, but not new condition.  10% are
rather bent/scuffed, but no pages are ripped or missing.

Speak up here for what you want, and I'll PM you with the shipping $.
Then, send cash payment with your address to:

Javelin Press
P.O. Box 4241
Gillette, Wyo. 82717

Payment must be received by 23 Nov.
I will ship these orders out between 25 Nov and 2 Dec.

Thanks!
Boston
