I enjoyed reading your outsiders viewpoint into our state on your trip to WY. Now it sounds like you had a blast in our state and will return soon. Remember to leave ALL of CA in Kalifornia as we do not have any room for that crap here.

I promise not to ruin Wyoming's economy.
And I promise not to import millions of liberals to Wyoming.

The Arnold picture and headline are very optimistic.  Problem is, he's just teasing us.

Ya know, if, if, Ahnold were to actually follow through on his little threat, then that alone would automatically make California the freest state in the USA. Think about it......

- no more welfare state; all the various leeches living off the blood of me and millions of other productive persons would cut out for the nearest liberal "deepwater" ports-of-call (Portland, Phoenix, Las Vegas and Mexico).

- drastically fewer gummint agencies; their displaced "employees" would by necessity follow the leeches wherever they go.

- state population would decrease probably by at least half, from 37 mil to maybe 17-18 mil (wholly managable, I think), with about half of that living in/around its biggest cities.

- the relatively few freedom-loving gun-toters still here would ideally make themselves more visible/audible, and would attract more like-minded individuals to relocate here and raise their families.

- the markets would certainly be a lot freer and would flourish in the absence of big gummint, as nature abohrs a vacuum.

Hmmmm......maybe I oughtta stick around?!?! :o (yeah....and how pink is that elephant, anyway?? ::))

I think he'd keep enough money in the stripped-down budget to make it a total police state too.

Nah, I suspect he's being serious.

Pix of us sadly going back to California up now (some stunning photos of Utah and Colorado - with snow - in there too, and the open carry dinner with FSW folks in Cheyenne):
