I'll bet your living expenses in Oregon are a bit higher than out here. You can probably manage a job doing what you are now or something a bit different, with the higher pay coming from no income tax and such meaning you'll actually earn a bit more. frugality, and you can live in a town reasonably well.
That would be my suggestion--look up jobs, find something you're comfortable with, and just make the move. Later, when you're more familiar with the state and a bit better of financially, you can try for something more like what you actually want.
Several hundred for deposit and first month's rent, an employer waiting for you, and a couple hundred for the U-Haul or whatever, and you're in.
