Possible silly question.....

Since we've already moved to WY, without knowing about the Statement of Intent, etc.  Do we still need to fill out that form or do we just send the donation?  I want to get this in the mail asap.

In a word.... Yes. At least that's what Boston required me to do and I've lived here 30 + years.
