Yes, it's the fully updated version of BP.
BP is really now just a collector's copy.

This is our summer sale of them; the next sale being probably in spring 2013.
Here are the terms/availability:

These are all/exactly what I have.  Please don't PM with queries about others.
(I.e., I have no scuffed 2012 Hologram, hardcover Molôn, Guns & Courage, etc.)

Orders are fulfilled on a first-come/first-served basis.
Prices are roughly 75% off retail.

There is no cherry-picking; I stuff your order from the stack
without discrimination.  Conditions are Fair-Good, unless otherwise noted.

No signed copies, unless otherwise noted.

Orders are sold only by medium-sized Priority Mail box, and each
title's % box volume is shown below.  Mix titles as you please to fill your box.
(For example, 10ML + 4Y&P fit perfectly.)

Calculate your order by heaviest books first, then fill in the last
remaining space with You & The Police!  (Fill to 95% minimum, and 102% maximum!)

FSWers may post that their order that is enroute that day, and I will adjust online inventory accordingly.

Do you still have the same quantity as in the Aug. 2012 post?  Thanks for the reply.  BTW I live in Northwest New Jersey (for a while longer) and I run into Judge Andrew Napolitano from time to time.  The last time I saw him, I just finished Molon Labe and I highly recommended it to him.  He claimed to have received copies from you, but haven't gotten around to reading them.  I strongly urged his to read ML.  He asked if it expressed our (small government, Libertarian) point of view.  I said most definitely.  I will surely follow up on his reading assignment when I see him next.

but should have one (even if he has yet to read the original).

Just to remind everyone, I'm not selling these books in quantities less
than specified below:

Howdy all,

The publishing business often feels like "on consignment" when
dealing with the major wholesalers, and returns are common.
I cannot resell them as new, thus I will discount them to 20% of cover price.

Not by 20%, but to 20% of cover price.

Condition is generally very decent, with slight scuffs or bends.  (Some look nearly new!)
A few are more hurt, but that's uncommon.  All pages are intact, regardless.

Such books have been sold on eBay, regularly fetching 40-45% of retail.
Thus, you've a chance to double your $, or distribute them as gifts.

Terms:  cash with order.  No checks.  No M.O.s.

I am selling these by the medium Priority Mail box size (or full 35 lb. case) only. 
(A medium Priority Mail box will hold, for example, 6 BGB and 2 Y&P.)
No more onesy/twosy orders, sorry, as it's not worth the processing time.

(You can mix these titles per carton, such as half-and-half.)
For mixed titles within a medium Priority Mail box,
here is exactly what each book makes up in volume.

A full case holds 2.4544x more books than the Priority Mail box.

I also have 27 new-in-shrinkwrap first edition (year 2000) Boston's Gun Bible.
This was the 720 page version, in which the FAL originally beat out the M1A.
They were never reprinted, as I replaced it with the 848 page version in 2002.
I'll make a nice deal to somebody for all of them; PM me with any interest, as I haven't priced these.

I still haven't gotten to recount these yet, as I've been swamped with other deadlines.
