A Casper friend of mine was inspired by my desire to move to WY & created http://www.iwanttomovetowyoming.com. This is a commercial site - you pay for a custom report on an area in WY which best meets your needs. It looks quite useful to me, particularly for those who know little about the state. (I hope this isn't considered spam - the site does look handy to me.)
