I'm in Laramie Sophie with the U of W. Not certain of graduate programs but your dad may be real comfortable here. We are at 7,200 feet though. :o

+1 about Evansville.  STAY AWAY!  When I lived in Casper a crooked cop wrote me a ticket for running a stopsign.  I fought it but the Evansville kangaroo kourt found me guilty.  The cop is ALWAYS right. >:(
Enlisted men are stupid, but very cunning and deceitful, and bear considerable watching.

Ugh Baltimore.  Spent about four years in Annapolis, so I know the area.  I imagine ANYWHERE is better than there... and the west, Wyoming specifically, must be grand.

You're making the right choice, get there while you're young and can.  Welcome, good luck and enjoy!
I will walk with integrity of heart within my house; I will not set before my eyes anything that is base. I hate the work of those who fall away; it shall not cleave to me.  Perverseness of heart shall be far from me; I will know nothing of evil.
