Have a frame cabin with log siding for sale. 12x20 cabin, 6" porch, 2x6 walls on 16" centers, log siding inside, Blue Stain pine interior dividing walls and trim, custom built hutch type kitchen cabinets in Blue Stain pine, 3/4 bath, propane wall furnace. 12 ga wiring, plumbed in Pex, and all pretty self contained. Plumbing, drains and electric stubbed out ready to connect to your utils/generator/septic etc. The furnace/thermostat will work even with no power. Would make a nice summer/weekend place, hunting camp, guest cabin, or could be added on to for more full time use. Priced at $32k. Transport extra, as well as site prep/setup on your land. Cabin can be set on gravel pad, concrete runners, crawl space, basement or whatever you can think of.

This is a very well built cabin, in standard construction methods, designed to be moved to your site.

Anarchy ungodly? See 1 Sam. 8

The desire to control the life of others is more evil than the desire to simply kill them.
The desire to control the life of others by proxy, through “voting”, is just as evil… but more cowardly.

Seems a little steep on the price. Maybe it's finished real nice.
I saw some of these types of models when I still lived in NV.

Seemed pretty nice for the price if you want a drop in living space.

Whew! If them folks are selling these things for that price, we need to get to building them NOW! Way over priced. Over $100 per square foot?  :o  Nah, not for that.

Cabela's used to have a similar model in their catalog. IIRC the price was much better.

You can also buy the plans and build them yourself:

I took a class 10 years ago about building a log home from "peeled trees" like many of our immigrant fore-fathers did.
Check them out here: www.loghomebuilders.org and sign up for the next class.   I am planning on starting to build  mine when I finish my last tour here in Iraq..... March 2011 (YES, I know the "combat is over"... but the troops are still here).

You will learn MORE there than just building, like freedom, debt-free living, etc.  AND for a lot less than the 32K kit wanna-be.

I make no money for "advertising", but it is a great communitee, with lifetime friends there.

Peace,

JD

Someone I know just bought one in Casper from, I think it was home depot, it's the exact same type of design, is about twice as wide, same depth and height, and was 12 k cheaper. And the store had it in their parking lot for about five years, price finally came down enough that it sold.

Way too much...
However for some strange reason building materials are really expensive. You would think that with the bad economy prices would be down. But they are up. Conciderably for some products.

Like you say sunny225, if they are getting anywhere near 32K on a large scale, count me in, too.  Got tools, got skill, ready to roll.  Will ship anywhere(almost). ;)

That's pretty funny.  That's an absolute rip-off.  No, I won't mince words.
